Type for long reading

Kestrel is a two-person type foundry working on text faces for books, journals and documentation. We release two or three families a year and take on a small number of custom commissions.

Our typefaces are drawn for extended reading: generous x-height, calm rhythm, and carefully spaced small caps. Every family ships with Latin, Greek and Cyrillic.
